Due to the expansion of our China Representative Office (Changping Town of Dongguan) operation, we are eagerly looking for potential candidates in joining our China operation.

職位描述：
QA Auditor / Senior QA Auditor
Job scope:
1. Conduct product inspection on sporting goods at vendor factories as main job responsibility.
2. Prepare inspection report, data processing and analysis of the quality report of our vendors.
3. Monitor factory quality control process & recording, keep daily communication with vendors and corporate management team, direct vendors in meeting corporate quality policies and requirements.
4. Support on product evaluation and quality problem solving.
5. Support on project development and sourcing activities.
6. Conduct factory assessment on quality assurance and support factory social responsibility when in need.
崗位職責(zé)：
1． 主要工作職責(zé)是在供應(yīng)商工廠進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)，產(chǎn)品主要為運(yùn)動(dòng)用品。
2． 完成產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告，對(duì)供應(yīng)商品質(zhì)報(bào)告進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理和分析。
3． 監(jiān)督工廠品質(zhì)控制程序及相關(guān)記錄，保持與供應(yīng)商及公司管理人員日常溝通，指引供應(yīng)商達(dá)成公司品質(zhì)政策和要求。
4． 協(xié)助產(chǎn)品評(píng)估，解決產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。
5． 根據(jù)需要支持新項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)與采購(gòu)。
6． 進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商品質(zhì)體系評(píng)估，根據(jù)需要支持工廠社會(huì)責(zé)任管控。
Requirement:
1. College or Undergraduate degree with English CET level 4 or above. The candidate MUST be able communicate independently in WRITTEN and ORAL English. Fluent Putonghua is a MUST.
2. 8 years or above QC related working experience in hard goods and toys, experience in sporting goods industry is an advantage.
3. Be familiar with ISO 9001 or BRC, GMP relevant.
4. Experience in working with USA global brands will be an advantage.
5. Good interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to deal with different people. Strong analytical and coordination skills with strong business ethics and high level of integrity.
6. Be familiar with office software MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
7. Base in Dongguan Office. Frequent travel in China is required. Travelling in other Asian countries occasionally is a plus.
8. Willing to learn, on-job training and extended training will be provided to the candidate.
入職要求：
1. 大學(xué)畢業(yè)，大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)或以上水平。申請(qǐng)者必須具備在日常工作中以英語(yǔ)（讀寫(xiě)聽(tīng)說(shuō)）獨(dú)立溝通的能力，普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流利。
2. 八年以上雜貨及玩具產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)控制相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有運(yùn)動(dòng)用品行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. 熟悉國(guó)際品質(zhì)體系如ISO001， BRC或GMP等相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4. 有與美國(guó)市場(chǎng)零售商或品牌工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
5. 良好的人際交往能力，能與不同的人群溝通保作，較強(qiáng)的分析與協(xié)調(diào)能力，具有堅(jiān)定的商業(yè)道德和職業(yè)操守。
6. 能熟練運(yùn)用MS辦公軟件如Word, Excel, PDF, PPT 以及OUTLOOK等。
7. 錄用者日常在東莞辦公室工作，該職位需要經(jīng)常性在國(guó)內(nèi)出差，并偶爾至東南亞國(guó)家短期出差。
8. 愿意學(xué)習(xí)，公司將評(píng)估并提供在崗培訓(xùn)以及相關(guān)延伸培訓(xùn)。
