Due to the expansion of our China Representative Office (Changping Town of Dongguan) operation, we are eagerly looking for potential candidates in joining our China operation.

職位描述：
QA Assistant Manager
Job scope:
Responsibilities:
- Proactive involvement in factory audit, improvement and ensure that corporate production in suitably qualified factories based on capability, capacity and performance.
- Monitor factory quality control process & recording, keep daily communication with vendors and corporate management team, direct vendors in meeting corporate quality policies and requirements.
- Develop and maintain Factory Quality Performance Indices (QPI) for specified product category. Provide technical support to factory management for vendor factories in multiple locations.
- Support customer Responsible Sourcing initiatives & programs in terms of reporting and administration of questionnaires Review, comment and provide CAPA guidance on 3rd Party audit reports.
- Conduct product inspection on sporting goods and toys at vendor factories.
- Support on product evaluation and quality problem solving.
- Support on project development and sourcing activities.

Requirements:
1. Undergraduate Degree, good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin, ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels.
2. Over 10 years of experience in factory quality assessments including ISO9001, BRC, GMP etc.
3. Over 10 years of experience in factory auditing for Responsible Sourcing related.
1. Over 10 years of experience in hardgoods production and quality assurance. Experiences in Sporting Goods & Toys are preferred.
2. Experience in working with US based global brands will be an advantage.
4. Good interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to deal with different people. Proven people management and coaching capability.
5. Strong analytical and coordination skills with strong business ethics and high level of integrity. Report to management team in Asia and US home office frequently.
6. Be familiar with office software MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
7. Base in Dongguan Office. Ability to travel within China and overseas as-and-when required.
8. Willing to learn, on-job training and extended training will be provided.
