We are seeking a Product Sourcing Specialist to help us find the best baby products directly from factories in China.

職位描述：
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Product Sourcing Specialist based in China to manage our product sourcing efforts and factory visits. This role is ideal for native Chinese speakers who can also communicate effectively in English, Spanish, or Portuguese. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our company continues to deliver safe, high-quality baby products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and source high-quality baby products that meet safety standards and align with market trends.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with factories and suppliers across China.
? Conduct factory visits to evaluate materials and ensure product quality, production capabilities, and compliance with safety regulations.
? Assess textiles, colors, tones, and materials to ensure consistency and adherence to our standards.
? Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value for our company.
? Monitor and evaluate market trends in baby products and textiles to identify new opportunities.
? Coordinate logistics and manage the supply chain process to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications:
? Native Chinese speaker with excellent proficiency in English.
? Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is essential for this role.
? Proven experience in product sourcing, particularly within the baby products or textile industry.
? Strong knowledge of textiles, materials, and fabric trends relevant to baby products.
? Ability to analyze market trends and consumer preferences to identify new product opportunities.
? Deep understanding of China’s geographical and logistical landscape for sourcing.
? Knowledge of safety standards and regulations for baby products.
? Detail-oriented, especially in evaluating colors, materials, and product consistency.
? Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with suppliers.
? Willingness to travel frequently for factory visits and supplier meetings.
